Alanya Turkey costs/prices to buy/purchase property/estate

First of all you shall know the property/estate prices are very different and variable in Alanya and Alanya’s towns. Example if you buy a property/estate in Alanya Castle it’s different but if you buy a properties/homes/villas/apartments in demirtas in completely different. The property/estate prices can be very different and variable but meanwhile, Electric, Title Deed, Water registration costs are almost stable costs and are given as below;

1.TITLE DEED & DEED REGISTRATION (TAPU)

Generaly main cost and vat(tax)+title deed registration cost %5 Your new bought property is 100.000 Euro, if you buy property from 100.000 Euros , generally all buyers shows as the price almost half of real price to registration office, why?

Let’s explain;

100.000 Euro property/estate %5 cost to tax and registration= 5.000 Euro

if you show your property as 50.000 Euro property/estate %5 cost to tax and registration= 2.500 Euro

2.ELECTIC & WATER

After you bought your property, you shall take electric registration on title deed owner

ELECTRIC: Cost maximum 150 Euro appr.

WATER: Cost maximum 200 Euro appr.

DASK: Insurance for earthquake and storm etc (its a must by government) Cost maximum 20 Euro appr.  

3.PRIVATE INSURANCE FOR HOME (if you would like to get private, not a must)
