Khoder Fattah / CEO

I was born in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, and grew up in Germany. Since earning my first real estate qualification in 1998, I’ve held key roles such as construction manager, interior designer, and project supervisor, gaining extensive expertise in quality assessment. My business and commercial education further enhances my skills.

Today, I focus on what I do best: leading and motivating my team while deliver transparent and customer-first service, always ensuring the needs and satisfaction of our clients come first.
We’ve also expanded internationally, now offering properties in Hurghada on the Red Sea a region famous for its stunning beaches and a growing real estate market.
I would be happy to help you find your dream property.

My name is Husham Hassan and I was raised in Sweden.
After fulfilling my dream (to live where others go on holiday), I decided to move to Hurghada.
Since it was important for me to broaden my knowledge in the real estate world, I decided to attend the Swedish Academy for Real Estate Agents.
Today I am very happy to be a part of the Properties and Partners family and to combine my passion with my partner Khoder Fattah to achieve great goals together.
