Khoder Fattah / CEO

I was born in Al Ein Abu Dhabi and grew up in Germany from the age of twelve.
From 1998, after my first qualification in the real estate industry, I was able to work in positions such as construction manager, interior designer, and the management and supervision of numerous construction projects.
In doing so, I was able to acquire in-depth knowledge and a strong understanding of how to assess quality.
A business and commercial education completes my know-how.
After I decided to live in beautiful Turkey, I decided to continue what I do best ( leading and motivating my own team ).
Customer-oriented, honest, and professional customer service is my guiding principle.
I will be happy to accompany you on your way to purchase real estate in Turkey and support you with all my experience and expertise
I have German, English, and Arabic language skills and I am looking forward to welcoming you as my next satisfied customer!

My name is Husham Hassan and I was raised in Sweden.
After fulfilling my dream (to live where others go on holiday), I decided to move to Alanya.
Since it was important for me to broaden my knowledge in the real estate world, I decided to attend the Istanbul Academy for Real Estate Agents.
Today I am very happy to be a part of the Properties and Partners family and to combine my passion with my partner Khoder Fattah to achieve great goals together.
